We deliver orders to any location in Singapore for a flat fee of $4.99. All orders will be processed and delivered to customer address within an average of 2 – 5 working days.

We ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) for international orders. This means that the product prices displayed on our e-store do not include any taxes/duties of the countries being shipped to. Customers placing orders on this website are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payments of these duties and taxes might be necessary to release your order from native customs on arrival.
Products are eligible for a replacement of the same item if the original product is confirmed by Chorus as damaged/defective, or if you received the wrong product in your shipment.
Please contact us at email@example.com with your reason for replacement, details & photos of the product, your order number, name, address and contact number. Upon receipt of your email, we will advise you if your order is eligible for replacement.
If it is confirmed that your order can be replaced, we will contact you on the replacement schedule. Simply pack the returning products in the condition in which it was sent for our collection.
TIME PERIOD WITHIN WHICH A PRODUCT IS ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT
Within 7 days from delivery date. Products are not eligible for replacement after this stipulated period. There is no shipping charge for any replacements confirmed by us.
